Return & Exchange Timeframes
Please review the following timeframes for returns and exchanges. All timeframes are calculated from the date of delivery confirmation.

New York Refund Policy Disclosure
Under New York law (NYGBL § 352 and related consumer protection regulations), if we do not post a clear refund policy, we may be subject to consumer protection enforcement actions. Our policy is clearly stated above. For custom-made jerseys, please note the following exceptions – we are fully transparent about our return policy before you complete your purchase. New York consumers are also protected under New York General Business Law § 349, which prohibits deceptive acts and practices in the conduct of business.
Important Notes
- Custom Products: All customized jerseys (including those with player names, numbers, team names, logos, or any personalized details) are made specifically to your order specifications. These products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect or we made an error in fulfilling your order.
- Before placing your order, please double-check all customization details (name spelling, number, colors, size, and design). We produce jerseys exactly as submitted. Changes cannot be made once production has begun.
- Return Authorization: Please do not return any item without contacting us first for authorization. Unauthorized returns may be rejected or delayed.

When We Cannot Offer a Refund or Exchange

- Incorrect address provided by customer
- Package unclaimed or refused by customer
- Customs delays, seizures, or fees
- Natural disasters or events beyond our control
- “Delivered” status with proof of delivery from carrier
- Normal wear and tear or misuse of the product
- Change of mind on custom-made jerseys
- Incorrect size chosen by customer (unless we made the error)
